Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done with 24 hr notice of your existing appointment. Prior to the 24 hrs you will be able to cancel your appointment via your appointment details sent to you. After 24hrs you must contact me for late cancellations.
Same day cancellations and No Shows will be subject to a 50% fee of the service total. This will be auto deducted from the card left on file.
Upon booking the cancellation policy must be acknowledged to submit your appointment;
no exceptions.
